CLEANING: Avoid using steel wool or other abrasives on symGLASS. If using with beverages with staining tendencies, rinse out shortly after use. Mild soap and water can be used for cleaning by hand. symGLASS is also top-rack dishwasher safe. Wash thoroughly after each use.
DISHWASHER USE: Use top-rack only of the dishwasher and normal wash cycle settings. Do not use high heat washing and drying cycles. Avoid direct contact with, or close proximity to, the heating element, and secure your symGLASS to prevent contact scratches from other dishes.
CAUTION: Be aware that sunscreen, citrus, and some essential oils may cause surface clouding or discoloration. Your glass is still perfectly safe to use.

Orders ship FedEx or UPS Ground and arrive in 3–5 business days. Orders placed before 12:00pm CST generally ship same day; after that, the next business day. Need it faster? Email team@thebasketry.shop for 2-Day or Next Day options.

Returns are accepted within 21 days of purchase. Email team@thebasketry.shop with your order number to request one — items must be unused, unworn, and have all original tags. Once approved, you'll have 5 days to ship the item back to us.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 days of us receiving the return. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges aren't refundable.
Final sale (no returns): items discounted 30% or more, perishable items, custom/personalized orders, and seasonal items within 14 days of the holiday.
